SHIPPING POLICY
ORDERING
You order the products via the online store. You have to be over 18 years old or you have to have the permission of your parent or guardian to place an order. You can choose to create an account for the online store so that your next visits will go smoother. Creating an account is not mandatory. After having placed an order, you will receive an order acknowledgement to your email address with information about the delivery. If you have created an account, you can easily follow the order processing and see all your past orders. If you have any problems using the online store, please contact us via email.
The price of an item can be changed after having placed an order if a pricing mistake has taken place or if the price is exceptionally low compared to the general price level. (Judicial act law 32§)
PAYMENT
You pay your order online. The payments are securely processed by Paytrail Oy. Please follow the instructions to return to the online store after payment, so that your payment will definitely be linked to your order.
Payments with Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard:
If you want to pay with Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard cards, acts Klipnails only as the marketer of services and products and delivers the products to buyers. Paytrail Oyj is responsible for reclamations. Paytrail Oyj acts as the seller in Visa, Visa Electron and MasterCard payments and the deal is made between the customer and Paytrail Oyj. The seller is responsible for all deal related obligations. Paytrail Oyj is also the payment recipient.

Paytrail Oyj (FI2122839) provides netbank related payment transfer services in co-operation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. For the consumer, the service works exactly the same way as traditional web payments.
DELIVERY
Delivery is free of charge. As a rule, your order will be dispatched within 3-7 business days after having received the order. You will be informed if your order takes longer to get dispatched.
If the package is returned unretrieved or due the customers incorrect information, we charge 9 e as the costs for returning and reshipping. Not retrieving the package is not a return.
RETURN POLICY
Our products have 14 days return policy. The returned product needs to be in the original condition with the tags left on. Return costs will be payed by the customer their self. Please contact us first by email info@klipnails.com prior to returning a product.
WARRANTY
Klipnails truly cares about the impeccable quality of its products. However, if a mistake has taken place and there is a defect in the product, we will repair or replace the product. Please contact us by email concerning any warranty issues.
