How long does the delivery take and how much does it cost?
It's free of charge for any post address in Finland!
We the domestic shipping cost is already included in the prices shown. Normal delivery time is 5-10 business days via Finnish POSTI.

Where do you deliver?
Eveywhere in Finland.

How can I return my order?

You can return your order after contacting info@klipnails.com . Please notice that the return has to be posted to us within 14 days after the original delivery.

Can I cancel my order?

We have an automated system that prepares your products for shipping as soon as payment has been authorized. However, if you do need to cancel your order before it is shipped, please contact us info@klipnails.com and kindly include your order number, thanks. Of course, once your order has been shipped, it’s too late to cancel.

What should I do if I receive a faulty order?

If something has gone wrong with your order, please contact us via email info@klipnails.com  and include your contact information, explanation of the faulty item(s), and clear pictures of the fault, so that we can get back to you as soon as possible with help. Order or product problems must be handled on a case-by-case basis.

We are committed to providing excellent customer support in every way that we can.
Please note that we can’t accept faults that are caused by improper care, normal wear and tear, or external factors.
